Personal Trainer: Harold Baxley
Hi my name is Harold Baxley, my passion for fitness started in 2010, I was overweight, sitting at 275 pounds or so. I lost my dad young to unhealthy habits he had, and I wanted to be around long enough to watch my kids grow up. I knew I had to change, so I began weight training and being more physically active. I lost over 100 lbs, and as time went on I found my passion growing.
I started a career in the fitness industry. I managed multiple gyms, worked as a personal trainer, and even assisted in nutrition advice for countless clients.
Starting this journey isn’t easy, but it’s well worth it. I want to share this passion with others and help them achieve their fitness goals, grow physically and mentally, and create healthier habits that will allow for them to live longer and happier lives!
